What is a Day-of Event Manager?

Some people have the skills and passion to plan their own event or wedding, but want to enjoy the special day stress free. To ensure things run smoothly, you want someone to oversee the day. That is where a Day-of Event Manger comes in.

Although our title is Day-of Event Manager, we do spend time prior to the event day going through your plans. This allows us to pick-up any problems that may arise and address it before the day.

When deciding if you need a Day-of Event Manager, you will need to consider the tasks you want overseen. Maybe you only need an extra set of hands on the day to execute your plans. On the other hand, you might have a large number of vendors and a timely set up, which may require a full day’s service. You will need to discuss your requirements and find out what package is going to be the best fit for your day.
