Short Day Event Management
This package is perfect for the organised planner who just need an extra set of hands on the day to execute their plans perfectly. We’ll also include preparation time with you to meet and discuss your plans for the day.
$600.00 | Includes: 1 preparation meeting prior to the day, 3 service hours on the day for 1 Event Manager.
Half Day Event Management
With a little more coverage than the short-day package, this package allows time to manage vendor arrival and oversee the venue set up. We’ll also include preparation time with you to meet and discuss your plans for the day.
$900.00 | Includes: 1 preparation meeting prior to the day, 5 service hours on the day for 1 Event Manager.
Full Day Event Management
For events or weddings that have a large number of vendors and a timely set up, you will require the full day Event Management. This package also includes an additional preparation meeting.
$1500.00 | Includes: 2 preparation meetings prior to the day, venue site visit, 8 service hours on the day for 1 Event Manager.
